Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu has once again come under controversy for wearing a shawl with Sikh religious symbols.
Yesterday, Navjot Sidhu wore a shawl with a à©´ and a dagger symbol on it during a program. He also shared pictures of it on social media.
Because of this shawl, they are now facing the wrath of Sikh organizations.
Complaint made to Akal Takht

A five-member committee of the Sikh Youth Power of Punjab lodged a complaint with the Akal Takht.
In the petition, he wrote, “This is a direct disrespect to the holy Gurbani. Strict action should be taken against Navjot Singh Sidhu and a strict hukamnama should be issued.”
“Strict action should be taken against Navjot Singh Sidhu. If such a big personality does so, it is detrimental, dangerous for the future,” he said.
A statement issued by the Jathedar said, “Navjot Singh Sidhu has done a very unfortunate deed by carrying a shawl with the symbol of Ik O Khanda on him as a Sikh he should have known that to do so was Sikhism.” This year, the hearts of every Sikh have been severely hurt. “
He said that Navjot Singh Sidhu should apologize to the Sikh community for this mistake.
